No Exchange Option

Please note that we currently do not offer exchanges. If you would like a different item, size, or color, simply return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the desired product.

How to Return an Item

  2. Provide details: Let us know your order number and the reason for the return.
  3. Receive instructions: Our team will provide you with a return authorization and instructions on how to return the item(s).

Return Conditions

  • Items must be returned in their original packaging with all tags and labels attached.
  • Items must be unused, undamaged, and in the same condition that you received them.
  • Certain products, such as earrings and intimate wear, may be non-returnable for hygiene reasons. This will be clearly indicated on the product page.

Refunds

  • Once we receive your returned item(s) and they pass inspection, we will process your refund within 2 business days.
  • The refund will be credited to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Shipping Costs

  • You are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
