At Tosti Shop, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are unhappy with your order, we offer a hassle-free return and refund policy.

Eligibility for Returns

  • You may return most new, unopened items within 7 days of delivery for a full refund.
  • Items should be returned in their original packaging with all tags and labels attached.
  • We cannot accept returns on items that have been used, damaged, or altered in any way.
  • Certain products, such as earrings and intimate wear, may be non-returnable for hygiene reasons. This will be clearly indicated on the product page.

How to Initiate a Return

Return Shipping

  • You are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure that the returned item(s) reach us safely.
  • We are not responsible for any lost or damaged return shipments.

Refunds

  • Once we receive your returned item(s), we will inspect them to ensure they are in their original condition.
  • If the return is approved, we will process your refund within 2 business days.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
  • Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.

Exchanges

  • We currently do not offer exchanges. If you would like a different item, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.
