- Items should be returned in their original packaging with all tags and labels attached.
- We cannot accept returns on items that have been used, damaged, or altered in any way.
- Certain products, such as earrings and intimate wear, may be non-returnable for hygiene reasons. This will be clearly indicated on the product page.
How to Initiate a Return

Return Shipping
- You are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure that the returned item(s) reach us safely.
- We are not responsible for any lost or damaged return shipments.
Refunds
- Once we receive your returned item(s), we will inspect them to ensure they are in their original condition.
- If the return is approved, we will process your refund within 2 business days.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
- Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
Exchanges
- We currently do not offer exchanges. If you would like a different item, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.
